Home Remedies for Stomach Disease
1) constipation
Constipation is a problem in which a person has trouble in passing stool. in constipation tool is a hard and dry. when constipation occurs, the following symptoms are seen passing to less, pain during passing stool, stool not coming out completely, stool being hard, etc. there can be many reasons for constipation, the main ones being less drinking water, lack of fiber, intake of medicines, change in diet.
Home remedies for constipation: –
- Wake up early in the morning brush your teeth or rinse your mouth and drink a glass of cold water. after drinking cold water, take a glass of warm water squeeze half lemon in it and drink that water. doing this makes bowel movement easier. this removes the problem of constipation. to avoid constipation, adopt this home remedy in your daily life.
- Mix 1-2 spoon of isabgol in cold water or milk and drink it daily before going to bed at night. this helps in easy and complete bowl movement in the morning. and there is no problem of constipation.
- After eating in the morning, cut a small harad into small pieces and keep it in the mouth and suck it for an hour and then chew and eat it. remember that whatever the body is very tired, hungry, thirsty or there is a high acidity, harad should not be eaten.
- Before or night before going to bed, cook one fig and two large Manuka seeds in a cup of milk, chew them well and drink the milk. this home remedy cures even the most chronic constipation
2) diarrhea
Diarrhea is a problem/ stomach disease in which a person has to pass stools more often. in the problem of diarrhea, a person has to go to the toilet repeatedly with the lots of breaks. the stool comes out very thin in this. in diarrhea of person becomes weak due to the dehydration. his body loses the strength due to dehydration. due to diarrhea, there is a deficiency of water and nutrients in the body. if seen then every person has to go to diarrhea. children’s old people young people everyone has to face it. the incident of these disease is higher in children.
Home remedies for diarrhea
- In diarrhea one should stop eating food which is heavy to digest and should eat thin, light and simple food.
- Taking tow spoons of pomegranate juice, adding sugar to it and drinking it stops diarrhea
- Take a glass of coconut water, add one spoon of ground cumin powder into it and drink it, it will stop diarrhea.
- Cut raw papaya boil it in water and eat it for 2-3 days, it will help in preventing diarrhea.
- Licking nutmeg mixed with lemon juice also help in stopping diarrhea
- Drinking one spoon lemon juice mixed with four small spoons of milk stop diarrhea.
- Ginger, mint, fennel, chamomile and apple cider vinegar Also help in preventing diarrhea
3) Nausea aur vomiting
Vomiting is an uncontrolled process in which the food and material inside the stomach is thrown out through the mouth. when a person gets nervous and his stomach starts to ache and he feels as if he is going to vomit, but in a reality, he does not vomit. there can be many reasons for nausea or vomiting. this problem happens to everyone be it children’s old people or young people. some people even feel dizzy in such situations and fall unconscious.
Home Remedies for Nausea or Vomiting
- Grind half a gram of cumin and half gram of cardamom seeds in the juice of half lemon and mix it in 50 grams of water and drink it after 2 hours. this is the best way to stop or prevent vomiting.
- Taking 10 grams of Ginger juice and mixing 10 grams of onion juice in it and drinking it also helps stopping vomiting.
4) stomachache
Stomachache is a very common problem and happens to everyone. there can be many reasons for stomachache. sometimes eating junk food outside can also causes stomachache.

- Grind carom seeds and black salt in equal quantity and mix them. take 1 spoon of this powder with hot water and it helps in passing flatulence and stop stomach pain.
- By putting 3 or 4 drops of Amrit Dhara on batasha and eating it stomachache stops.
- If you are having stomachache due to the indigestion, then swallowing 10 grams of whole mustard seeds with the cup of water without chewing will stop the stomachache
5) stomach worms

- Mixing half a spoon of mustard powder in a bowl of fresh curd and consuming it for a week kill stomach worms.
- Eating it with two tomatoes, black pepper and salt on an empty stomach kills stomach worms.

8) indigestion
