But it is equally important to take out sometime from the time we give to our work to take care of our health. if it is getting difficult to take out time, then if we adopt the important things mention below in our daily life, then it will help you a lot in a keeping your health good.

- just like the body needs food for energy and strength, similarly, to keep the body fit healthy and strong, it needs “exercise”. so do regular exercise every day. you should take out sometime from your busy life and do some exercise every day. it helps in a keeping your body healthy and mind happy. regular exercise everyday plays a very important role in a maintaining a “strong body and Happy mind”.
- You must do these five things regularly in your daily life. “Getting up early in the morning, defecting, bathing, eating, and sleeping on time”. doing these five things regularly plays a very important role in maintaining the health of your body and mind. it is believed that this is the basic Mantra of healthy life. so, keep this thing in a mind and adopt them in your daily life for your health.
- Get up early in the morning, rinse your mouth or brush your teeth, and then drink a glass of cold water. after drinking cold water squeezing a little lemon in a glass of lukewarm water and drink that water and then go to the toilet. if you have any problem while defecting or your stomach is not getting clean then this will help in getting rid of that problem. so, make it habit to drink glass of lukewarm water after getting up in the morning.
- Eating the right kind of proper food/ diet plays very important role in a maintaining good health. so, you should include the right ingredients in your diet. avoid eating outside food, fast food, package food or a Frozen food. always eat freshly cooked hot home food. eat balance diet.
- For healthy life it is very important to maintain not only internal hygiene but also external hygiene. so, keep your body clean regularly. take a bath daily. always shampoo you are hair and keep it clean. to maintain oral hygiene brush / gargle twice a day. brush your teeth before going to bed at night.
- Along with good exercise and diet the body also needs good sleep. that is the very important to give time to sleep regularly in a daily life. good sleep helps a lot in keeping the body fresh and mind cheerful. if you do not get good sleep, then irritability editor can increase your mental state, and you can feel mentally unwell. and you can feel tired in the body.

- One should not sleep immediately after eating. after eating you time to digest the food. one should not do too much work after eating. because after eating all these senses of your body are helping your digestion system. in a such a situation if you do any other extra were than the balance of the senses can be disturb. so, give at least half an hour time after eating. after eating do not seat and do shatapavali.
- Being worried while eating, talking too much while eating, drinking water at the end of the meal, all these cause indigestion and constipation. so, keep these things in mind you should eat when you feel hungry, it is not good to eat after you have lost your hunger.
- Food should always be chewed properly. one should not eat again immediately after eating, it can cause problem.
Harmful combinations of foods
- Don’t eat this with milk: – Curd, salt, sore things, tamarind, melon, coconut, radish or its leaves, ridge gourd, wood apple, horse gram, sour fruits, it is harmful to eat these with or after milk. jaggery should not be added to milk and consumed. it causes the milk to curdle. jackfruit or products made from it are also harmful.
- Do not eat this with curd: – Kheer, milk, cheese, hot food, banana or banana greens, melon, radish etc. should not be eaten.
- These should not be consumed with ghee: – cold milk, cold water and honey.
- Do not eat these with honey: – Radish, melon, ghee, grapes.
- Do not eat these with kheer: – khichdi, sour food items, jackfruit, sattu.
- With cold water: – peanuts, ghee, oil, melon, guava, jamun, cucumber, hot milk.
- Do not eat these with tea: – cucumber, kachori, cold fruits, cold water.
- Do not eat these with meat: – Honey, cheese, it can cause stomach upset.
- Items kept in bronze, cooper, brass, utensils like ghee, oil, sour things, curd, buttermilk, butter, milk, juicy pulses, vegetables etc. become poisonous.
- Storing, boiling and eating liquids in aluminum and plastic containers causes various types of diseases.

- One should not eat or drink without seeing anything.
